All the things you describe are possible. If you're as new as you say and seem, it will take a bit of work to figure it all out. There's the wiki [1] and a somewhat dated but still valuable book in Greasemonkey Hacks [2], the cookbook sort of book that provides enough examples to learn from. Or just start reading scripts at userscripts.org!
