The process of sending information to a server comprises the acts of
filling the form in your browser and of processing the information at
the server's side. You can fill out the form which wherever
information you want, be it 100 emails or any non-sense text, since
nothing prevents you from doing so. However, if the server is not
prepared to handle this kind of response, it is totally pointless.
You cannot influence the way the server process the information from
the browser alone.
At least for the purpose of filling forms, think of Greasemonkey as a
tool of automating things that you already can achieve manually rather
than as one to force the server to do certain things.
