Does anyone know if greasemonkey is capable of clearing a browser's
cache?

Essentially I would like to use an htaccess file to protect a folder
that logs usage of a resource. When a person goes to use the resource
they would click a link which redirects them into the protected
folder, prompting them for their login. If they give a proper login,
their time and username are logged and they are directed back in to
the log in page. At this point the browser remembers their login info
and if they, or the next person to use that computer to log in, were
to click the link, htaccess would not ask for validation, the browser
automatically sends the previous user's information. It is at this
point that I would like to force a re-validation so multiple people
would be able to use the one browser to log in.

Thank you in advance.
