Tools, Greasemonkey, Manage User Scripts brings up the Firefox Add-Ons
control, not the Greasemonkey one. I removed Greasemonkey, restarted
Firefox, and reinstalled Greasemonkey and that didn't help.
The GM manager is now incorporated in the Add-on dialog. Note the GM
button at the top. Unfortunately, this make it very difficult to
re-sequence scripts.
