The recent update brought new ui, but there are some things that i
hope are improved.

1) Move commands should be in the window not in context menu.

If you have many scripts installed, moving a script around is very
annoying to do because you have to keep right clicking. It would be
much better if the move up/down/top/bottom commands were integrated
into bottom of the window instead. Perhaps icons can be used instead
of words to save space.

2) Better distinction between enabled vs disabled scripts.

Currently disabled scripts are just slightly faded out. This makes it
difficult to tell. It is even worse when you are on a selected script,
the highlighting makes unreasonably difficult to see if the selected
script is enabled or not.

Suggestion would be to use some sort of mark: red x in bottom corner
of script icon, circle with line through it overlay on script icon,
etc.

3) Additional panel option for inclusions/exclusions.

In firefox add-ons window when an extension update is available it
appears in new "Updates" tab. In that tab there is button for "show
information" that adds extra panel to display more information.

Greasemonkey should have a similar button that would instead show list
of inclusions/exclusions websites, just like old ui had.

4) When user clicks on "manage user scripts" it should directly bring
up the Greasemonkey tab on add-ons window. Currently the command only
opens add-ons window going to whichever tab user was previously
looking at.
