I've had the same exact problem.  The prompt comes up, I click
"install", and nothing happens.

The prompt doesn't even close.  Even weirder is that when I click
"Manage User Scripts...", the script is supposedly enabled.

However, when I go to use it, nothing happens.  Firefox acts as if the
script was never installed, when its in the User Scripts in my Add-
Ons.

Very strange.  I hope this problem is addressed soon, I can't use
IceFilms unless I have the script working.

I'm using Greasemonkey 0.9.1 in Firefox 4 in Mac OS 10.6.6.
