I've had the same exact problem. The prompt comes up, I click "install", and nothing happens.
The prompt doesn't even close. Even weirder is that when I click "Manage User Scripts...", the script is supposedly enabled. However, when I go to use it, nothing happens. Firefox acts as if the script was never installed, when its in the User Scripts in my Add- Ons. Very strange. I hope this problem is addressed soon, I can't use IceFilms unless I have the script working. I'm using Greasemonkey 0.9.1 in Firefox 4 in Mac OS 10.6.6.
