I have been trying to remove all traces of Greasemonkey and the KOC Attacks from my computer and firefox.
I have removed them, uninstalled them rebooted and the old settings are still there. I have uninstalled them again and found every trace I could find and either firefox and or greasemonkeu keep putting the same settings back as before.
