I and others have recently noticed that the User Script Command failing,
after display the menu. You can display the menu from the GM icon, once,
then never again, even on other pages running different scripts. You
don't even need to take on option from the menu. Just displaying it
causes it to fail on subsequent attempts, across all scripts. Refreshing
the page won't bring it back. You have close and restart the browser.
Multiple people have reported this, across multiple scripts. Scripts
have not been updated in a while. Using FF 15.0.1, and GM 1.1. This
/seems/ to have started sometime after installing the latest FF update,
but that may be a coincidence.
