Hi Frederick,

I take it from your last mail "STEP 4" that you have found and
re-installed the script? If so, please share.

Verify that the script is correctly installed:
* Go to the Facebook page where the script should be active
* Open the monkey menu
* The script should be listed under "Scripts for this tab" (or something
similar; I have German localization, so the exact label might differ a bit)

If the script is listed under "Other userscripts", it is installed but
apparently the URL of the page has changed.
If the script is not listed in the monkey menu at all, it is not
installed and it's no wonder nothing pops up.

If the script is installed and listed as "for this tab" but nothing
happens, we can try checking the error console to see if it's an error
in the script:

* Go to the Facebook page where the script is active
* Open the console (Ctrl+Shift+J)
* Use the toggle buttons on the top right to deselect all options except
for "Error" (enable "Error", disable the other 7 options).
* Use the bin in the top left to clear all errors (complex dynamic pages
like Facebook tend to generate dozens of errors per minute)
* Leave the console window open, but switch focus back to the web page
* Reload the page (F5)
* Go back to the error console (Ctrl+Shift+J, old window will come back
to the foreground)
* Watch the page load in the background
* Once the page is loaded, take a screenshot of the error console window
(Alt+PrintScr)

Now you have a screenshot of the error console in your clipboard.
Paste it into Paint and save it as PNG. You can now inspect the errors,
especially the blue part at the right.
Do you see anything that comes from "greasemonkey", or any ".user.js"?

*Update*:  I get to STEP - 4 in the process, after installing the
script.  It says to go to the "Activity Log" and press F5 to refresh.

On the old version I remember the box popping up asking for how long a
history you want to delete.

With the version just installed, nothing pops up at all.  I restarted
Firefox a couple of times, and still nothing.

When you click the "monkey head" in the top of the browser, there is a
check mark and it says that Greasemonkey is Active.  But I'm not
seeing anything in either Activity Log or in the Add Ons settings.

    I'm a little lost in the vast amount of information, but as I
    recall from several years ago there was a script which could be
    run and you would set a date (ie: > 365 days), and Greasemonkey
    would delete all posts and comments a user has made.  Since moving
    to Win10 and FireFox I've lost the script.  Can someone point
    where the docs and script might be?   TIA
