http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iwwxK3A3SHs <http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iwwxK3A3SHs> Aloha Everyone, For all the ocean enthusiasts out there, we ( our 14yr old daughter Alyssa did ) managed to piece together a video of CJ Kanuha at the lava flows into the ocean on the Hilo side. Had to video thru the glass cockpit but its quite clear. CJ paddled from Kalapana with the offering for Pele. Landed on the a small ( very HOT ) black sand beach right next to the flow, knelt for a few minutes of prayer and put the offering on the flow. Paddled back out and really got a good look and surfed as many waves as he could without actually landing on the red hot lava. And then paddled back to Kalapana. Quite a mind boggling experience.
