Invitation
The meeting of People's Media Initiative office bearers, working
committee and active members and those new activists willing to join
will be held on 26th and 27th March, 2005 [Saturday & Sunday] at
Baroda. You are requested to kindly attend the meeting. The Agenda of
the meeting shall be:
Confirming minutes of the meeting held at Mumbai meet.
Reports which are Mumbai based and also from other branches.
Filling the vacant post.
Strategy programmes.
Starting of news bulletin, website and television slot.
Issue of Nepal and other issues.
Gujarat Genocide, Kashipur, slum demolition, etc.
The final agenda will be finalized in the beginning of the meeting.
Our president Mr. Kuldip Nayar will be presiding over the meeting and
Mallika Sarabhai , Vice President , is also likely to attend the
meeting.
It is requested to get new members and bring them to the meeting. It
is very important that we sort out issues of organizational aspects
and immediate programmes. The staying arrangement is made at: 14

019. [It is 5 minutes by auto from the railway station. This house
will be open from 24th March to 28th March for stay.]
