Hi ,
The US media has been going ballistic about President
Bush giving away nuke technology to India in return
for mangoes! and the Indian media has been making
congratulatory noises about how India has bargained a
tough deal from US and President Bush is asking
Congress to change laws for India ....
But there seems to something which the mainstream
media in both countries have been silent about , which
is the agriculture deal that India has given away to
US agri business corporations....
Please read about what India actually has given away '
not the metaphorical mangoes ' but 'actual food
security' to get ' nuclear security ? ' Doesnt look
like a 'cool' deal to me . Read below .....
