However, a number of people having requested that we change the dates of the training program in order to facilitate more participants in joining this unique program. *The Announcement !* Meta-Culture Dialogics announces the first ever Open Enrolment Mediation Training Program for adults, NGO workers, civil servants, businessmen and any other category of people interested in acquiring new conflict resolution skills and tools that will be of great use for dealing with differences and disputes at the work place, communities as well as in their daily lives. *What is Mediation ? * Mediation is a method of Alternative Dispute Resolution where a third party neutral help parties who are in conflict engage in collaborative problem-solving instead of the usual escalatory and confrontational behavior. This win-win approach happens through listening and non violent communication, assisted by the mediator who empowers the parties and help them reach their own solution to their conflict. *The program* This Open Enrollment Mediation Course will consist of 5 days. Those five days will provide participants with the theories Role playing, small group discussions, games and demonstrations are techniques that are used to engage participants in learning and developing these skills.
