Dear all, The organizers and supporters of the bandh did not excempt DAE. I can understand the Kalpakkam projects working, because a bandh there would have meant death and destruction all around. Consutruction is altogether a different matter.
Koodamkulam event is a disrepect to the sentiment of the people. Besides that, it is the attitude of something bigger than everything - the elected government in power, all political parties and the people at large. This is what we have always been saying. They are above everything. I will be presenting the case of Koodamkulam to the Chairperson of Children's Commission during her Chennai visit on 7th April. Will be mailing my draft presentation soon.
