*ORGANIC BAAZAR & MANGO FESTIVAL 2007*
Alter media has been in the field of promoting nature
conservation since the last twenty years and off late we also entered
into promoting organic farming and traditional craftsmanship by opening
an eco shop along side. We encourage people who are into organic farming
and who still hold on to the traditional craftsmanship. We have been
receiving a variety of products from various farmers (both small scale
and large scale) across the country and the list of the products has
been growing steadily.
In the month of April (19th to 21^st ) we will be organizing
Organic Bazaar and Mango Festival at the Kerala Sahitya Akademi Hall
(Palace Road), Trichur. There will be a variety of products from various
indigenous mango varieties and products ranging from books, to organic
and eco friendly products ranging from grains, pulses, vegetables and
products from bamboo, terracotta, jute, wooden toys, coconut shell, leaf
plates, hand made paper etc.
