The latest initiative appears to be with malicious intent and is subversive to
Free Software's existing programmes in the State of Kerala. Coming as it is
without any debate - I think we are in for guaranteed troubled times ahead - if
this is how cartels are given a free ride inside a democratic government.

But there appears to be a ray of hope. To fool a whole community of teachers
and students who are already part of Free Software Community and who have a
good insight into Debian philosophy, is a step in retrograde. Lets hope this
move will help expose those who are operating from behind the curtains.

In many ways, it exposes the real worry of planners, because right now they
are gripped with figures of Free Software enthusiasts who will roll out by the
time Smart City agreement is evaluated - at the end of tenth year. Their views
on Smart City then, would be too strong for any *Leftist party* to ignore.
