There is always Conflict of Interest in Free Software Community.

I am Congratulating Govt for Using Redhat in the sections where Free
Software not used so far. But why They are Distroying a sector which is
well established in the principles of Freedom as a bonus.

What is the role of Community in It. An MoU decides Their fate r8?

Just see the efforts of Free Software volunteers who are spending their
time and efforts for Localisation.

Just see the spirit of this bug on Debian Etch
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=404727

"We know that the pango code for etch has been frozen but since the
fixes are only specific to malayalam and it is a major fix we request
you to include it, as it is critical for correct rendering support for
Malayalam in graphical installer and other pango based applications.
This will be a crucial for malayalam support for [EMAIL PROTECTED] project,
the largest debian installtion (total 2666 schools and more than 25000
computers) in the world"

IT Policies caption is "towards Knowledge societies" may be without
considering the Free software Community at all
