KSSP exchange group in Google group does not exisits now. Dont know why.
Is it possible for any of this list to throw some light on this?
A short memorial ( i believe it is dead)
It appeared on my mail box first with C.R neelakandan's mail on April
10th 2007 about the necessity of such a group. It defined itself as the
Unofficial email list of KSSP friends. The specialty of the group is
the use of malayalam Edition of google groups. I found many of my
friends in the group From the Old Kerala-thoughts yahoogroup to people i
know personally & professionally. It is the first political e-group in
kerala which insisted to discuss in malayalam using unicode
technologies. The last mail I got from the list is on July 3rd 10.37 AM
from Deepak P, a member of this group. During this 3 months of
existence the group becomes a prominant space for civil society
discussions related to Kerala. The first heated discussion on the list
is the followup of Biminits ( also a member of this list) post on "KSSP
aare yanu pedikkunnath". The Most heated discussion on the list is the
Discussion about the SMARTCITY Project. Greenyouth list & ksspexchange
list is crosslin ked various occasions in this discussion. From my
experience It is the first occasion in Cyber cultural spaces related to
kerala, in which Civil society campaigns started from an online
discussion space . It is also need to be noted that someone involved in
decision making ( James mathew, IT Advisor of the Chief minister) was
also actively participated in discussions. A lot of topics which is not
active on Main stream came on the list like Women Harassment in Kerala,
Economics & Politics of Global warming, Free Software service,
Discussions on smart city in the context of Free software, State IT
policy ,Smart city & changing kerala society discussion in eralanakulam,
Quality of school education, Dot communist manifesto & Eben Moglen, Ways
& solutions to use malayalam in computers etc. Most interesting fact
is the Later a lot of unsubscription notices distrurbed the list. The
final word of the list is by RVG about the KSSP connection of the list
as follows
"Let me make one thing clear to all the participants in this
group.
This group has nothing to do with "KSSP leadership"
In fact I don't find any names of KSSP Office bearers (except
myself)
among the participants..
I don't know how I myself got included in this. The mails just
started
coming in all on a sudden.
I have just been reacting to some of the observations, as an
interested onlooker.
But I now feel this clarification is necessary."
The reasons & motives of starting the list and deleting the list is
still unknown to the list members. But in the mean time a lot of public
discussions are happened on this list. The archive of a list is a
public document. But it is destroyed now. No history for all these
discussions other than personal mail boxes. I feel Distroying archives
(not sure yet) is a crime. even if it does not representing the views of
kssp.
UPDATE: It may be because of this abuse report too.

which also calls greenyouth also as an abusive list. Blocking access to
list archives is a public crime. Even if it is done by google
