A different take on Bush from S A Aiyar. I don't agree completely with his views, though it is true that under Bush, India got a much better deal than under Clinton, especially in the manner he supported outsourcing, despite bitter opposition from powerful lobbies within the US itself. However, his mollycoddling Mush has done much damage to the 'war on terror', to the detriment of India's interests.
