Can someone reflect on Artile 51-A, invoked by Justice S N srivastava, which according to him, makes it a duty for every citizen to follow the principles propounded by the Bhagavad Geeta ? If this view actually had some basis vis a vis the Constitution, there needs to be a nation wide debate on the authenticity of this, which should eventually lead to amend the Constitution.
