Actually,Foucault used this word in place of disciplined body.He is elaborating the other aspect of bio power.A figure is emerging -that is Homo-economicus-He is the neo-liberal individual for who whom every matter is related to invest and return.such person is always thinking that investment,return ,risk and reward.It creates much more insecurity. foucault says that we are now dealing with not a society of the super market, a society of enterprise,he is not the consuming man.he is the man of enterprise and of production.
