that's true.But,Still,majority of our population still
depend on agriculture for survival.economic growth in
india reflects in financial services,it,media
etc.primary sector includes the majority of dalits and
other subaltern sections of the people.service sector
and industrial sector,these subaltern section have
very little participation.without having the
redistribution of assets,how can these sections come
up?their cultural capital formation?
still,we have no powerful dalit bourgeoise.we didn't
create this section. black bourgeioise was a creation
of the affirmative action in usa.our reservation
policy  has just created only a salaried class.even
though ravidas community has been the reason for a
powerful diaspora in western countries.their chance
for the formation of a powerful business community 
was buldozed  in pre-independence day itself.
