Dear friends

Wanted !

*Programme Associate *

*For CACIM's programme on the World Social Forum*

We at CACIM are looking for a bright, enthusiastic, enterprising,
capable, and reflective person as Programme Associate to work on and
build our programme on and around the World Social Forum and the global
justice movement.

As you might know, members and associates of CACIM have worked with
and/or created several books, radio programmes, and films on the WSF
almost since its inception in 2001, and it is today one of the main
initiatives in the world involved in chronicling and analysing this
major world initiative and in promoting critical reflection and
discussion on it. (For those who do not know of CACIM, please take a
look at our webspace, www.cacim.net <http://www.cacim.net> and at the
portal we maintain on and around the WSF, www.openspaceforum.net
<http://www.openspaceforum.net>.)
We are now looking to strengthen our team by bringing in someone who
will work on and develop our programme, along with the Programme
Coordinator, and with the possibility of taking over as Programme
Coordinator in time. We need the person very soon, and would want
her/him to join on June 16. The application deadline is April 30.

We are happy to have applications from anywhere in India, but the person
will have to live in Delhi. And at the moment moreover, because of work
permit issues we can only accept applications from Indians. In time we
plan to also be able to hire non-Indians.

Pasted below is an ad for this person. Please do send this on to all
appropriate persons and places – to anyone you know who might be
interested or could help us find such a person -, and/or post this in
all such places – as soon as possible. Many thanks ! More details @

With warm greetings –

For CACIM
