Pritam is suffering from PEM (Protein Energy Malnutrition, acute malnutrition) Grade IV. This is written by doctor. Pritam get in the grip of malnutrition based disease Pneumonia. In socio economical history doctors wrote Low Socio Economical Group. In the name of immunization only polio vaccination is mentioned. From this it is clear Pritam was suffering from PEM Grade IV. On 24th November, 2007 and 17th October, 2007 District Coordinator of organization Mr. Manoj Kumar Singh write letter to District Programme officer ICDS. On 16th April, 2007 it was published in Rashtriya Sahara daily news paper that member of Women Commission visit Alhadadpur village, in which news of Pritam 2 ½ year old son of Raj Karan was also placed in that column. On 15th April, 2007 it was published in daily Hindi newspaper Dainik Jagran – "Arkhapur village in the grip of Malnutrition" in which Pritam name was mentioned. On 25th May, 2007 Pritam name was also mentioned in Juli death news. On 20th October, 2007 in Danik Jagran it was published "several families in the grip of Malnutrition" in which Pritam is struggling for his life. In the first week of November Bijo Francis from Asian Human Rights Commission and Dr. Lenin of People's Vigilance Committee on Human Rights visit Alhadadpur village and meet with Pritam. On 24th November, 2007 Pritam was defeated while fighting with malnutrition. Many months Pritam was alive with the assistance of Care House Foundation; however Administration did not pay attention which result death of Pritam. Which is absolute violation of guideline given by Government on 22 December, 2004. On 4th December, 2007 Asian Human Rights Commission releases urgent appeal because Mr. Manoj Singh was getting threat. On 27th November, 2007 Pritam mother Mrs. Chandrawati said in the testimony that on 24th December, 2007 Pritam died due to poverty and malnutrition. 15 biswa paddies get dried as there were no proper irrigation facilities. Officers in Pritam house said why are you giving birth to so many children? They have one acre of land but actually they have only 15 biswa of land. No vaccination was given and neither distribution nutritious food to the child. Officers forcefully took signature of Raj Karan and said you have buffalo and other business. You did not come under Below Poverty Line (BPL). On 26th November, 2007 Mr. Manoj Kumar Singh write letter to District Magistrate Ambedkar Nagar alleged people should be punished and also demands for economic assistance without any interruption. Till now nothing is done in the case. However Raj Karan who belongs to schedule caste is forced for thumb print in paper to wipe out, which is violation of Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribe Preventive of Atrocities Act 1989. On 26th November, 2007 I sent letter to honorable Chief Minister, National Human Rights Commission and District Magistrate Ambedkar Nagar through registered post.
