does it testify apolitical joy of the person who says congratulations? does it attest the person's concurrence to the job well done? is it true if u think that in chitralekha's case those who defy the casteism can only congratulate chithralekha rehabilation committee? is it possible to congratulate chitralekah committee for its professional functioning of fund rising and all, though u dont care its political intentions? does congratulating ramachndran for the award by forgetting all his anti-chengara struggle literature lift the emotive notion of congratulating a person from the 'restricted' field of politics?
