1. Stop writing for the front page ( Upfrontality) 2. Stop treating journalism like a competition (dont imagine in terms of "my side"/"other side" etc) 3. Stop submitting your stories to reporting and writing competitions ( !!) 4. Listen more closely to your readers ( readers are the "majority"-*people unlike you *not the "respondennts"- *people like you*) 5. Put more people in your stories ( which gives a multiple perspective and different orinetation) 6. Don't cover Event ( Think of the "process") 7. Be a subject-matter expert ( atleast try enagaging with the domian you report on) 8. Forget the false-promise of objectivity (!!!!!!!) 9. Be accurate. Always ( !!!) 10.
