There was a very heated discussion on NDTV's Big Fight show on Nanavati
Commission Report this Saturday. Though the report was the subject, the
discussion was easily turned into terrorism. The panel included Teesta
Setalvad, Harinder Baweja (Tehalka), Swapan dasgupta (Journalist), Prakash
Javadekar (BJP), Kamal Faruqui (Muslim Personal Law board), and Manish
Tiwari (Congress),.

During the discussion, Swapan dasgupta called Teesta the overground wing of
the terrorists. She was however not shattered by that personal attack.

At the end of the show, Kamal faruqui brought out the issue that why when
three people were arrested in Delhi, why police covered their heads with
Islamic Kiffayah instead of black cloth (The police had confessed they have
bought that clothing in bulk). Commenting on this, Harinder Baweja said that
It is very difficult for Muslims to live in this country, and if she was a
Muslim, she would be tempted to pick up the gun, making the entire floor to
react immediately asking her to withdraw that comment. She did not withdraw
the comments, but instead clarified the larger issue she was trying to
highlight.
