Hi All, Does anybody know, if somebody has won a case in HighCourt by cheating the court, later if we inform HighCourt registrar or any other authorities through mail or phone with details , will that become contempt of court? or Will they consider it seriously and enquire on this?
In this issue, CPI[M] leads,University authorities, and Sunil's lawyer [Mr. Asokan Mamman Cheriayan, Cochin University] has cheated & purposefully diverted attention of court from the actual cause. We have the conatct information of relevant people, including the Justice, but we are afraid on the consequences by law...
