Let me clarify what i wanted to tell . The present popular culture set up by TV has its origin in the development of middle class society in seventeenth and eighteenth centuries .Basically many english novels of that period marked the beginning of an approach to literary production that conciously created, served and finally controlled the market . We can see an amazing parallelism in this respect . So i mean to say that huge strata of population who are unacquainted with this form of art have became the consumers of TV and its programmes .
