*Narco Test of Narindra Modi – Exclusive* Narindra Modi during his recent visit to Delhi complained of chest pain and was taken to a private hospital owned by his political rival. Narco test was the idea of his personnel physician but in fact agent of Shanker Sinh Vaghela, former Chief Minister and this was the best chance for his political rivals to extract his political secrets and record them on CD. While his personnel staff was waiting at ground floor lobby he was wheeled in to an ICU and subjected to hour long Narco Test. Transcript of the test follows in English.
Question 1. NM will you please tell us when you were not even a cabinet minister in Gujarat how did you manage to sideline senior leaders like Shankar Sinh Vaghela and Keshubhai Patel. NM – It was simple you see. DBA wanted free land and tax concessions worth Rs.10,000 crores for his big refinery but Vaghela & Keshubhai didn’t want to cause such a big loss to people of Gujarat , after all refinery products were to be sold in other states. I brokered the deal for them and central leaders rewarded me with this CM job. Since then I am the biggest milking cow of the party – I secure more contribution for the party than all others put together. Vaghela & Keshubhai favored small & medium industries but it is hard labor to get funds for party from them. You provide benefit to one, rest of them want it free. DBA promised continuous & abundant stream of party funds for the party. Party high command appreciated my skills in gathering party funds – entire party cadre in India & abroad supports me. Question 2. Vibrant Gujarat this time attracted 2.5 times more investments Rs. 12,00,000 scores this time. You have signed MOU worth $400b in two years. Are 50 countries and many thousand industrialists were so dumb that they came in bigger numbers this time when Gujarat is reeling under power shortages and most industrialists prefer to operate from Mumbai? NM - It appears from your question you don’t understand anything about politics. VG was merely a PR exercise, Gujarat neither has skilled manpower nor power to spare nor capital for new projects. No one comes for free. We spent Rs. 1000 crores for this VG 2009 meet on eve of Lok Sabha elections. People like to be fooled and I know how to fool them. VG 2007 cost Gujarat Rs.500 crores and people returned me with bigger mandate. Next time I shall invest Rs.2000 crores of VG 2011. Question 3. People in your party believe you are more popular and deserve to be next PM. Why don’t you assert your clout and replace L.K. Advani? NM – This is your intelligent question. I have demonstrated through VG 2009 90% of corporate in India & NRIs support me. But together Corporate India can’t win a single seat. So they are depending on me for their ambitions. After Bhangaru Laxman was caught taking bribes of few lakh central leaders avoid contact with small time businessmen. But I have mobile phones of entire corporate India . It is up to Corporate & Me to decide when to replace LKA. Question 4. Are you sure people like to be fooled by you? NM – 99% of people in Gujarat can’t access state files or are not intelligent enough to understand the figures. They believe me because I am the only source of information to them. Then I have paid cadre who generate fake figures and keep media flooded with messages for my glorification. Question 5. You mean growth rate of 16% or 25 lakh new jobs were faked claims. NM – You don’t understand that with two day power cut in the state for Industries and 3000 MW power shortage it is not possible to achieve any decent growth rate. If I tell them the truth people will throw me out of office in no time. People are fed on new fake stories every day. This is art of politics. Question 6. Why has Gujarat neglected power projects? NM – You don’t seem to understand basics of projects. There is very little money to be made in power projects. All the transactions are done through checks and most of the equipment suppliers are foreign based companies, even contract labor is sourced from eastern states. These idiots file income tax return of even petty bribes in their account books. American auditors are able to find out every penny given to us as bribes. I hope now you understand why I keep them out. Question 7. Now I understand the politics --. But why are you so much obsessed with Inter Linking of Rivers, Suflam Sujalam, Naramada, Kalpsar Projects? NM – You didn’t let me complete the answer and you have just learnt half the story. All these big projects are executed by my friends from Gujarat , there is 60% or 80% margin and they don’t record this in their account books like American fools. Political friends who know it know my potential as Prime Minister to their advantages; advance my name to replace L.K. Advani & Manmohan Singh. Anil Ambani and many others embarrassed me by their premature discloser and support for me at Vibrant Gujarat event. Question 8. Will you explain why most of these projects fail? NM – You must understand people of Gujarat need 50 liters of water per day and the annual water requirement of yet to be connected to water pipeline is 25 million, so Gujarat needs just 0.5 BCM of water but Gujarat has over 50 BCM water source in rivers. It was left to my contractors to dig up the projects, our concern was 50% share in profits. Had we gone by scientific planning there was little money in these projects. My party would have been starved of funds. By the way people were fooled in to building 10 check dams per village. They are now bothered about floods and high water table than piped water supply. Question 9. But why people like Ambani or Tata prefer to live in Mumbai. NM – I don’t want any of the Corporate be based in Gujarat and thus be accessible to civil servants and politicians of Gujarat . You know there are many more smarter people like me in Gujarat so I keep Corporate 700 away from their reach. Question 10. Could you please tell us why Gujarat has not breached Shankar Sinh Vaghela record food production in 1997-1998? NM – We are a party of Banias and Traders, Vaghela and Patel were biggest threat to our ideology. Agricultural progress was not matching party ideology. Had we let them scientifically develop agriculture our ideology would have been impacted. So we diverted Narmada waters to already irrigated tracts where it was least required. Question 11. What about Bt Cotton technology? NM - We knew Bt Cotton would revolutionize cotton farming and agriculture so we didn’t approve its cultivation. But one of our farm scientist trained in USA was too smart he introduced Bt Cotton in spite of our ban. There was little we can do to but lift the ban when farmers using banned seeds had bumper crops and others using approved seeds of Gujarat government had complete failure. Though Modi is smarter than all. I didn’t promote cotton textiles in Gujarat that would have helped small village based factories. In promoting Bt Cotton to 100 lakh bales I ensured crippling of groundnut industry. Most the cotton was exported. Question 12. Your genius is evident in your handling of industry & agriculture will you now tell us about Godhra incident. NM – My Party was giving just Rs.100 per day to Kar Sewaks in other states, so I grabbed the opportunity and offered Rs.10,000 for each Kar Sewak. There was flood of volunteers from my state. Sabarmati Express train was direct connection to Ayodhya. My Kar Sewaks had no time for reservation. They forcibly occupied reserved compartments leaving little space for families who booked in advance. Just a call to our friend Nitish Kumar was enough to make sure no railway staff troubled them. They created trouble all the way up and down the four day journey but at Godhra they believed they would get away everything even worse and misbehaved with local women and trouble started. Sensing trouble 2200 Kar Sewaks in that train disappeared at the Godhra station itself. Obviously innocent reserved passengers who suffered hard time and humiliation for two days were caught unaware when stone pelting started. Justice U C Banerjee couldn’t find any evidence of how fire started from outside and could not report a single trishul in the burnt train, we distributed to all Kar Sewaks before there departure for their protection. We all knew our Kar Sewaks were safe and sound but it was embarrassing for me to digest my Kar Sewaks sent on mission Poorna Ahuti Yagya at Ayodhya ran away from the battle field leaving innocent families behind. Had I not ordered massacre of minorities my rivals within party and outside would have cut short my political inning so I gave free hand to criminals to indulge in loot & murder and rape.
