from the forwarded mail, it seems they already know your mail id and password. is changing the password of any use at all? if they can find out your current password, it wont be difficult for them to find the new one too. The best thing seems to be to stop using this id; create a fresh one, keep changing the password and be careful about the giving details to anyone on the net.
