Subject: Reg: SC extends Varun Gandhi's parole till May 14

Only thing makes me wondering..........

1) In the light of section 3 of The probation of Offenders of Act
1958, a person who is found guilty of having committed an
offence............. the court may release him on probation. The trial
of Varun is yet to begin and therefore question of his guilt being
proved doesnt arise. He is thus not eligible for any Parole under the
Act.

Wondering because........................ Order is passed by Apex
Court of the Country. They are yet to be answerable and accountable
for their acts and omissions.

It is the same Apex Court which has refused bail to our finest human
being doctor and activist Dr Binayak Sen.
