Hi, We all know that CPI[M] has got local/area/district/state committees. Is it the same way communist parties of other countries operated? Or this publicised heirarchy is only a cover for actual mode of operation. Is there an orthogonal hierarchy of power for marxist party esp for controlling flow of finance inside the party? Does anybody has knowledge on this?
