The American electorate are flocking towards the Republicans - mind
it, not abstaining, in case of Massachusetts - to right the all the
wrongs listed below!

What a mindless fantasy!

Leave aside the rather minor but inconvenient fact that Obama is no
Kim Il Sung or Ayatollah Khomeini!
He cannot act independent of the American Congress. And of course the
Pentagon, the judiciary, the lobbyists, the media, the bureaucracy and
above all huge burden of history and popular prejudice.
And right from the day one, Rush Limbaughs of the US (some
anti-Zionist champion!) are out to block every move of Obama. And a
small success leads to a bigger one.

And when not restrained by the US Congress:
Quote
The Obama administration's first year had several high points. Its
early decision to ban torture immediately opened up distance from the
Bush years. Its commitment to nuclear disarmament is unprecedented for
a U.S. administration. The lifting of the global gag rule that
restricted U.S. funding for family planning was a welcome shift in
policy. The about-turn on missile defense bases in Poland and
Czechoslovakia was a dose of common sense.
Unquote

He has talked of a world without nuclear weapons. Reopened dislogues
with N. Korea. Brough down heat, at least to an extent, with even
Iran. Visited Turkey, Egypt and China. Delivered greetings on the
Iranian New Year to Iranian people. Personally piloted the UNSC
Resolutio 1887 on nuclear non-proliferation and nuclear disarmament.

This is an utterly disturbing moment. Though not totally unanticipated.
Conservative America reasserting itself.
Only the rogues and morons would rejoice.
