The debate on reservation has always been a disturbing one for the public psyche of India since it was implemented and when it is amended. The Mandal Commission Report, Justice Narendran Commission Report and Sachar Committee Report are the classic examples for this. Various debates have been started on the issue of Dalit Christian reservation after the submission of Ranganath Misra Commission Report. Some of the groups among Dalits are arguing against it while some other seeking its possibilities for the future. In this context, we are planning a half day seminar at Pennamma Bhavanam to discuss the possibilities and challenges of Ranganth Misra commission Report.
