Dear Friends In memory of our friend, film maker, activist Sarat Chandran, we would like to organise his retrospective film festival on May 8 across the country.
We invite friends to come forward to organise this event on the same day if possible in your towns, villages and cities. We are planning to make a package of his 7 (selected) films and we can organise to send it across to you. We are also planning to bring out a small booklet to remember, cherish, to pay homage and respect to Sarat Chandran. We request friends to send us your memories, thoughts, reflections on and about Sarat to [email protected] by the latest of 20th April 2010. Kindly give us your feed back on the initiatives we take to remember Sarat Chandran. Please feel free to give us new plans and ideas.
