The Raipur Judiciary Lacks Real
Conviction!<http://www.binayaksen.net/2010/12/the-raipur-judiciary-lacks-real-conviction/>

Raipur, 24 December 2010: In a very surprising development a Sessions Court
in Raipur, Chhattisgarh today failed to convict the leading lights of Indian
politics and industry on charges of Sedition and Waging War Against the
Indian State.

These luminaries include the Indian Prime Minister Manmohan ‘I love Bush’
Singh, Minister for Agriculture Sharad ‘Onion’ Pawar, former Telecom
Minister ‘Spectrum’ A.Raja, CWG scamster Suresh Kalmadi and Mr ‘Fifteen
Percent’ Kamalnath. From among Opposition politicians the Sessions Court
judge refused to convict mastermind of the Babri Masjid demolition
L.K.Advani, architect of the Gujarat anti-Muslim pogroms Narendra Modi,
chairman of the Indian Nazi Party Praveen Togadia and anti-national rabble
rouser Bal Thackeray. Industrialists involved in scams depriving the country
of valuable revenue like Mr Mukesh Ambani, Ratan Tata and Vedanta chief Anil
Agarwal were also spared by the court.

Incidentally the same court managed to convict well-known public health
doctor and human rights activist Dr Binayak Sen for Sedition and Waging War
Against the Indian State despite lack of any evidence.
