The constitution prepared by Dr. Ambedkar has not been implemented and most of its provisions are unattended due to insensitive and unresponsive bureaucracy. A civil service dedicated to the cause of society and capable of transforming unequal and oppressive hierarchies into a perfect equalitarian system is the need of the hour. Keeping this objective in mind, the Dhamma Bhoomi Palwal Haryana has accepted the challenge and has initiated the process of establishing an IAS academy which will help the future civil servants to meet the challenges of modern society. The aspirants will be provided free of cost residential coaching by dedicated faculty with state of the art library services 24 hours a day, including video conferencing. Besides free lodging and boarding, the academy will provide most conducive academic and cultural environment for fuller personality development. Initially, classes for preliminaries examination and for mains examination in subjects like General Studies, History, Political science, Sociology and Public Administration (tentative depending on the requirement of the applicants) will start. The first batch will start in the first week of July2011. Male students who have cleared their graduation or appearing in the final exams can apply for admission to the academy. The academy is dedicated to the marginalized sections of the society namely SC.ST.OBC& religious Minorities and students with poor economic background will be given preference.
