In accordance with the decisions of our January meet in Dhaka, we have been going ahead with necessary preparatory work at different levels. We now take pleasure in informing you that as per your responses and suggestions, a preparatory meeting with the participation of the representatives from all the South Asian countries will be held in Dhaka on 05 August, 2011. This has been an encouraging note to all of us that the Dhaka University authorities have expressed their enthusing consent to act as co-host of SASF and offered the premises and facilities of the University to be utilized as the main venue of the SASF events to be held from 18-22 November, 2011. This has bolstered our united strength. Participants from outside Bangladesh, please inform us at the earliest about your itinerary for necessary facilitation. Fellows from Bangladesh, please confirm your participation soon. Pertinent particulars about the detailed agenda, venue and logistics of the meeting will be intimated soon.
