The picture in his [i.e. the poet Sukumar Ray's] imagination is a man
trying to run away from a huge animal which rises from nowhere. The animal
[inviting the man to his cave] is saying the above lines which mean that
don’t be afraid; I am not going to kill you; Truly, I won’t be able to win
a kushti bout with you.
These above lines can be roughly translated as:
Be afraid not,
Be afraid not,
Just don't imagine
I'm going to beat you
By any chance whatever,
And I do swear
In a bout of wrestling with you
I just stand no chance at all

*The real climax is, however, provided by the last two lines, as the scared
man shows no inclination whatever to accept the generous invite - as the
picture above graphically captures his mood*:

This is from a famous book of Bengali limericks, Abol Tabol (The Weird and
Random), penned by Sukumar Ray - a very popular and highly respected
humorous writer in Bengali, who incidentally is the father of Satyajit Ray
and the son of another accomplished litterateur, Upendrakishore
Roychowdhury.
