Tself-avowed brokers for Muslim votes flaunt it in the crafty pursuit for power and pelf. The Hindutva Brigade, on the other, uses it, the bogey - the phantom, to induce consolidation of "Hindu" votes, fractured along multiple fault lines otherwise. The Muslim power brokers do render great service to its cause.
