Just a sample:

   - Farming will be mechanised.
   - To ensure that agriculture is mechanised, small land holdings will be
discouraged in favour of large farms.
   - To encourage farming on large farms, Land Ceiling Laws will be
   abolished.
   - All machines and tools that relate to farm work -- from tractors and
harvesters to food processor, all will be free of all kinds of taxes.

What a Dalit Manifesto!!!

Just think of it that dalits in rural India are mostly landless
agricultural labourers, or, at best, small/marginal farmers.

Just one stray line: "Farm workers will be entitled to all the benefits
that factory workers enjoy."
No elaboration.
No talk of living minimum wage; provision for year round employment etc.
No clue whatever, how farm workers, who're almost by definition only
seasonally employed, "will be entitled to all the benefits that factory
workers enjoy". What category of "factory workers"? Temporary contract
workers? What specific benefits one is talking of? No answer. Just none.

Under the category "Industry": "Labour intensive technology will be
encouraged to create more non-farm jobs."
How does it go with: "Farming will be mechanised"?

And specifically for Dalits:

   - A thousand scholarships to Dalit students to study abroad.
   - A long time goal to help produce a hundred Dalit billionaires.

That clearly defines the vision.

What else does one expect from the Pioneer?
Most likely drafted by Chandrabhan Prasad.

Sukla
