Sukla, there is no doubt ISIS is committing awful brutalities, but some (at least) of these photos are fake, and have been used by pro-Assad Islamophobic sites at other times. The little girl lying on the flor without a head, and then being held up, is Fatima Meghlaj, 2 years old, from Kafr Oweida, Idleb (Syria). She was decapitated when Assad's forces shelled her home. This is the last image her parents will ever see of her. The morbid video of the above.
