When the Sangh Parivar announced a pork festival in Kerala, in response to the beef festival organised by the Students Federation of India (SFI) in Thrissur, the natural question to be answered by the Sanghis is: `Isn’t Varaha an avatar of Lord Vishnu?’ Doesn’t it hurt your sentiments? And how do the vegetarian Sanghis perceive this? Personally speaking, I have no problem. I love pork fests, chicken fests, fish fests and beef fests, so long as the dishes are tasty. Congratulations to the efforts of the Sanghis.
