You may want to take a look at the second last page of Mr. Modi's Election Affidavit (Vadodara, 2014). He claims he has the following certificates: (a) SSC; (b) BA and (3) MA. Without a +2 or a PUC, how could he join a college program? Did DU, in mid 1970s allow individuals with just a 10th certificate (SSC) join college level correspondence courses? As far as I can recollect, I do not think so. Even in his 2007 Affidavit (election to Maninagar, Vidhan Sabha) - he writes that his certificates to be: (1) SSC; (2) BA; and (3) MA. The same questions arises - is that SSC - his 10th class certificate. If so, how did he get college admission?
