programme, we are happy to announce the launch of our short-term *learning,
working and earning **Apprenticeship Programme 2017

for individuals interested in gaining experience working with a human
rights organisation, in different capacities.

We are especially interested in candidates from Dalit or Adivasi
communities, persons with disabilities and members of religious minorities
groups who can contribute through their experience to the diversity and
effectiveness of our workplace.

Details of the Apprenticeship are below:

*Duration:* Fixed-term for 3 months (Starting 15th April, 2017)
*Location:* Bangalore *Remuneration: *15,000 per month

*Application process:*

Read the attached *scope of work* document, and decide which team you would
like to be placed in. Apply with a *one-page cover letter *stating
suitability and motivations *, CV *and a* filled in Affirmative Action form
(attached) * to [email protected] by* 2nd April, 2017*; mandatory to
mention the ‘Amnesty Apprenticeship programme’ with the TEAM NAME (Human
Resources/Human Rights Education/Women's Rights/Human Rights Defenders/Rapid
Response) in the subject line.

accepted. Only shortlisted applications will be called for interviews.*
