Kashmir has emerged as India’s Palestine over the last few decades. If you
analyse the army chief General Rawat’s statement, in a nutshell, this is
what he is trying to say: `We are only shooting at the Kashmiris, but they
are throwing stones at us ! This is unfair!’ Okay. We agree. The Kashmiris
have no right to throw stones against the bullets. But General Rawat does
not stop there. He says: `This is a proxy war. Proxy war is dirty war. It
is played in a dirty way.’ Okay. Thank you for admitting your dirty means
and methods. But what is the justification for this dirty game? He says:
`If my men ask me what do we do, what should I say?’ Now, this part is a
bit hilarious. First of all, why are you there with guns? If you believe
that Kashmir is a part of India, then why are having a `war’ with Indians
and that also a `proxy war’ and with with`dirty war games?’
