Lie Manufacturing Machines at work. Kamal Nath's name doesn't figure in any FIR, related to 1984 or whatever.
Btw, the BJP President spent time behind the bars and was also exturned from his home state on the charge of conspiracy related to custodial murders. A judge hearing his case got suddenly shifted. The next judge died a controversial death. One of his predecessors was actually convicted on the charge of bribery. The way Kamal Nath is "charged", Modi is "charged" in far more serious way. A court case against him is still pending. Nothing against Kamal Nath. Pragya Thakur is an accused in a "terror" case. Hearings are going on a day-to-day basis and which she's till now skipping on no longer tenable health grounds. Let's see.
