The urge to control others is a disease. Those who preoccupy themselves
with this psychological disorder, end up in terrible loneliness or self
pity. Because deep inside, nobody wishes to be controlled. You may allow
yourself to be controlled for a particular reason. If human beings value
freedom, there will always be a resistance against external control. This
does not mean rejection of structures which facilitate social order for
common good. For they too express control on individuals. But when the
control mongers use social structures to strengthen their own power and
social disparities, then it is time for medication and treatment. At this
moment in history, we have only started preparing the medicines. From the
perspective of the control mongers, they genuinely can not understand this
human need to remain as liberated souls. And when loneliness is received in
return, they would not know how to deal with that also. I can only
sympathize or at the most empathize with those who indulge themselves in
this disorder. Be prepared to hear about `control maniac martyrs' in the
nearby future.
