The suggestions, inter alia, include immediate suspension of the [utterly needless] Rs 20,000 crore 'Central Vista' plan - meant to beautify and reshape Delhi around the Sansad Bhavan, in order to utilise the money to fight the fast spreading disease. She also suggests that the newly created fund, "PM Cares" - managed by a trust, be immediately folded up and the contributions collected be transferred to the, long existing, Prime Minister's National Relief Fund (PMNRF) and the combined amount be utilised to ensure a food security net for the vulnerable.
